Description
This spacious four-bedroom two bath second floor condominium was rehabbed in the summer of 2021 with fresh paint throughout, new vinyl flooring, furniture, fixtures and kitchen ware. The open family area has a vaulted 11’ ceiling, 55” T.V. and gas fireplace. Two sliding doors lead to a large front deck, with great views of Wildwood and the Friday night fireworks.
The master bedroom has a private bath. The large hall bath features a double sink and tub/shower and two medicine cabinets. The kitchen has an island that seats three while the kitchen table seats eight (or more). There is an enclosed outside shower, a large garage with Foosball and Air Hockey and several bikes. Use the bikes at your own risk they will be in working condition in June after that it’s potluck. Two kayaks with life jackets are available for your paddling pleasure with easy bay access (one block).
This free-standing building is open on all sides allowing sunlight and fresh air from all directions. Located one short block from the Byrne Recreation center and Maxwell Field. It’s about a fifteen minute walk to the boardwalk. One car parking in driveway and garage, if needed, and always parking in the street. This is a quiet area with minimal traffic. Home offers a full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, disposal, and blender. Sleeps 11; 3 queen, (2) twin/twin bunks, one twin trundle. Amenities include central a/c, washer/dryer, wifi, 1 car garage, 1 car driveway parking, storage area, and outside shower.
**Pets are negotiable.
